Freight On Board (FOB) services designed to assist clients with the ordering and production process. With this service, we manage the entire process thoroughly, from the design stage based on the client's provided design to the finished goods ready for shipment. Clients need only provide the design or concept of the desired product.

We handle all other aspects, including cost calculations, preparing detailed budgets, implementing production, and final delivery. This approach allows clients to save time and effort, as we are responsible for every step from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery according to their expectations.

1. Pattern Design & Development

The production process begins with receiving a design brief from the customer. Our experienced pattern makers develop the pattern based on the agreed design.

2. Raw Material Selection

For FOB services, we provide and select high-quality raw materials according to design specifications. As for CMT services, customers provide the raw materials to be used in production.

3. Fabric Cutting

The fabric is cut according to the pattern that has been made. This process is done with precision to ensure each piece of fabric matches the desired design.

4. Sewing Process

The cut pieces of fabric are then sewn by our experienced convection team. We use modern sewing machines and advanced sewing techniques to ensure every stitch is neat and strong.

5. Quality Control

Each product goes through strict quality control stages to ensure there are no defects and every item meets our high standards. Products that do not meet the standards will be repaired or remanufactured.

6. Final Settlement

Once the sewing process is complete, the garment goes through a finishing stage where every detail is checked and perfected. This includes quality checking, ironing, and packaging.

The raw materials are provided by us so we ensure that each material meets the highest quality standards.
