OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing)
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, referring to the original manufacturer of a product that can then be branded by another company.
We offer a wide range of finished products designed and manufactured to high-quality standards, which can be customized with the client’s brand or visual identity. This provides clients the flexibility to launch products under their own brand while benefiting from our manufacturing expertise and the quality of the products we offer.
FOB (Freight On Board)
ICB provides Freight On Board (FOB) services designed to assist clients with the ordering and production process. With this service, we manage the entire process thoroughly, from the design stage based on the client's provided design to the finished goods ready for shipment. Clients need only provide the design or concept of the desired product.
We handle all other aspects, including cost calculations, preparing detailed budgets, implementing production, and final delivery. This approach allows clients to save time and effort, as we are responsible for every step from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery according to their expectations.
CMT (Cut, Make, Trim)
CMT, which stands for Cut, Make, Trim, is a service we offer to meet clients' needs in the production of clothing or textile products. This service, also known as makloon, involves the thorough processing of raw materials provided by the client. Once all stages of production are completed, the product undergoes treatment and packing, where we ensure that each item is neatly packaged and ready for distribution or marketing.
With our CMT service, clients can rely on our expertise to manage the entire production process while retaining full control over the materials and designs they choose.
Washing Textile
Textile washing, or washing textiles, is the process of softening and treating fabrics using various techniques, such as stone wash, garment wash, dyeing, bio wash, whisker, destroy, and others. Clients can choose the washing technique that best suits the desired end result.
Garment Wash
Garment wash is a technique usually applied to remove starch from fabric, making it soft without altering the original color.
Silicone Wash
This washing process produces long-lasting fabric softness, enhances tear resistance, provides an anti-pilling effect, improves fabric dimensional stability, and facilitates easier cutting and sewing.
Enzyme Wash
The washing process uses a chemical softener or silicone, along with the addition of enzymes that remove fine hairs from the surface of the fabric, resulting in a softer and smoother texture.
Bio Wash
This washing technique for denim products is typically used to produce a medium blue color.
Bio Bleach
This washing technique for denim products is usually carried out using bleaching agents that aim to remove the indigo dye from the fabric, resulting in a light blue or sky blue color.
Sand Wash

However, if the client does not have these materials, we are happy to provide appropriate mockup, techpack, and garment pattern creation services.
